Very Bad Service of you

My name is Ranjithkumar I have applied for new credit card of AXIS card, yor person will come collcted the all documents which your people want from my side nearlly about 2months back, still now I can’t get any status from your side, . Wether this documents are received by the bank or not, if they but I dont know what your people do, there are some Critical Problems faced by your Axis bank listed below:




  1. your net banking service:




your net banking service is very poor accourding the other banks, their is no body to pickup the phone & solve the customers problems.




  1. you people dont know the meaning for Pickup boy & Executive  they said that your executive will come & collected the documents from me, but they send one pickup boy they don’t know any rules & regulations, product information of your card, . so, why you are sending this people to collect the documents.




3.finally yesterday I receive one massage of my Reff number which as given by you Number 799500.
