Im never suggest go to axis Bank. customers service is a very bad.
specially credit department. they said there team follow
different different policy SOP for different customer. they have not standard SOP.
when I called they cut the call without listing. very bad
support.
before my due date lien my account and I ask them reason they don’t have answer. there seniors cut my call. now I remove account from axis Bank and and other family members also told Don’t go axis.
