I’ve been given 5 star because usually people have no problem they do not write blog, right. I am NRI and has been suffered a lot due to red tape, but this bank is far much better then any other bank in India. when I say any other bank in India I mean any other bank in India. Friends banks all about services not to take our money and provide little service, this is very bad. But axis bank has been done pretty good job, yes they lie all the time but they work unlike any other bank. They want pile up documents and then there is no service or little service you are going to get. This bank bank has bad customer service and phone banking service but I have been give 5 star because over all services are quit fine as compare to Indian standards.
Credit card service is good and do not expect more then this in India, its just fine. bye.
