I opened my account in this bank last year and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service they provide.
It has made my life so easy. Now I don’t have to run around for any money tranfer, mobile recharge, tv recharge etc. With jus one click and it’s done.
Recently my father had to visit Korea for business purpose and the stay got extended so he was running short of money. He carried his axis Atm but it wasn’t woring there as international usage was barred. I visited western union but they refused as they only accept money in india and don’t tranfer. Then I jus dropped a mail on customer care and on a Sunday I got a call and Monday morning my dad could use the Atm. I was shocked to know that a bank in india works so quickly because usually banks are very slow in india.
But this bank won my heart. I am very happy to be a part of it and made sure my entire family has an account in it.
