I am a customer of this bank since 2005.
Off-late, their services through all their delivery channels are useless. the rate of malfunctioning is very high.
The call center is another useless channel that can understand what the issue is & cant resolve the customers grievance.
I had a tough time when my priority debit card, mobile banking, and internet banking, atm were blocked without any intimation when there was a balance of > 40k while it was accepting deposits, it was not allowing payments. Deliberately all my EMIs were rejected. When I was stuck up at an upcountry center during the last week of Feb 21 on an official commitment, I could neither withdraw cash nor use the DC for any payment. it was the old warhorse SBI a/c that came to my rescue. These useless bank officials (home branch, phone banking, customer support, etc) ditched me because they could not understand what the issue is.
The Axis RM is another useless staff who will contact you only for selling insurance policies and for sending WhatsUp.
it was only based on my personal relationship with some of the senior functionaries I could get the issue resolved belatedly. These seniors also could not do things swiftly due to the banks cumbersome protocols that lacked common sense.
similarly, if you send any mail to the Customer support executives or the nosal officers (published on the website), they will respond with a standard templated response that lacks common sense. they will not apply their mind before responding because they neither understand your problem nor have knowledge/clarity in banking.
now during the Annual closing 31.03.21, the mobile banking is not at all working. Even it is not showing the balance available in your account. Not allowed to make payments from your savings account. it seems they are using their technology, to freezing cash outflows from our SB account for making any type of payments including loan repayments.
A toll-free number will not respond even if they respond, it takes several minutes that are chargeable by the teleservice provider.
I am contemplating withdrawing all my relationships with this bank including changing my bank details with all investments with MF, Insurance companies, wallets, etc.
useless bank to bank with as on 02.Apr 21 as I could not do any payments till 11 am. even after a delay of 4 hours my interbank transfer Neft was not credited to my Axis sb account which is transferred from other banks.
