Their customer care is far worse than any government organization. You cant speak to their executive in hours, outdated IVR and promotion. I found it very annoying. Luckily, by chance if you will be able to connect to a phone banking executive they will transfer you back to the main menu instantly and then nobody will again connect you. Their service is really very very poor. Moreover, if you try to do online banking, you will suffer here also. Frequent log out without any reason, very slow and unreliable.
