Me and my family members became victim to ACis bank’s unprofessional way of conducting business.
In one case they were charging us annual fees on an unused credit card! Which we already requested closure. They sent statements with charges and interest on top of fines etc! Their phone banking email banking and branches are of no use. Took us 2 years to close the card!
In another case my Citicard became axis card when they took over. Almost all benefits and features of card became non functional! They sent me two statements this month in spite of paying full amount. Like I have to pay on 2nd of December and 28 of December. In spite of making full payment. I am on call with customer care to ask this …. while I am typing this review. It kept telling to wait 3 mins! And 15 mins are over! These guys are insane. Never be related to this bank as customer ??
