Its Unethical bank. I had yatra vouchers on my credit card, before booking flight tickets I called on call center to ask will I get the refund they said, "Sir you will get cash back", I doubled confirmed the same and reply was same(Yes). But after one week I have not received any cash back.
Now they are accepting that the mistake is from phone banking associate but we cannot give you cashback. Please don’t buy any service from this bank is fraud. You will loss your money and they will return apology to you.
