Sir,
I amit garg R/o 614/1-A, Main Pandav Road, Vishwash Nagar, Delhi-32, had applied for a home loan (Ref. No. HL/23026) in your krishna Nagar, Delhi -51 Axis Bank branch. I had already made a complaint on dated 15-04-10 against my above mentioned application declined (copy enclosed as annexure -1), whose reply not received till date.
Meanwhile, yesterday on 23-04-10 I received some phone calls at my residence land line No. 22307258, by Mr. Brijesh Kumar & his T.L Mr. Goutam they both started harassing me & stated that how dare you made the complaint & I should come to branch to take back my complaint, but I simply requested them that I just wanted a written reply to my complaint by your side, as I had made my complaint in writing, then they started misbehaving again. Then in the evening at 05.56 pm Mr. Brijesh Kumar made a call on my mobile No. & he started to tap my conversation without my permission, which is an illegal act for his kind knowledge when I told him, he disconnected.
So, therefore you are requested take stringent action against such activities & you are also requested to order your bank executives that not to contact us personally or on phone, in order to avoid such harassment otherwise we’ll be compelled to take a legal action & you are further requested that whatever have been asked by us as mentioned in our complaint must be given to us.

Sub.: Grievance against harassment & unbusiness like attitude to my loan application.
Sir,
This is in reference to your letter dated 12/03/10 regarding my loan application which was rejected on untenable, concocted & vague grounds like “DECLINE DUE TO NON MEETING THE GENERAL BANKING GUIDELINES”.
Even your agent (Brijesh Kumar, 9711118548, Krishna Nagar Branch) had already taken in advance a commission of Rs. 1000.00 in cash giving assurance that as your all documents are proper and complete and fulfill the entire requirement for granting of loan by your esteemed bank. He further took a PDC of Rs. 5515.00 dated 02-03-2010 bearing chq no-174245 drawn on Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd., Vishwas Nagar.
That due to your false assurance of granting me loan, I had not applied to any other bank due to which I am unable to secure a loan intime for the property to be purchased by me.
That on one hand you have cheated me by taking commission in advance & not providing me the loan facility despite off taking all the required documents from me & on the other hand you have given false, baseless, absurd & untenable excuses for your inability to provide me a loan.
