Not customer centric service provider

Hey everyone my name is Nabanita Ghosh.Today I’m going to share one worst experience with Axis bank.Generally I’m not fond of this private sector bank services but due to request from my company’s HR once I opened a Salary Account with Axis.


In innitial 2-3 months the service was okay.But suddenly every week the representative of Axis contact me for Credit card, personal loan etc.I generally rejected those requests but it’s actually created a trouble for me.They now started deduct 400-500 rupees every month and there is nothing understanding in my bank statement.So one day I visited my local branch and asked for the reason.they explained that sir you are holding a savings account and this has a minimum balance should be maintained every month.I was shocked.it’s my zero balance salary account why I going to maintain some amount.They were not ready to listen my pleah and finally I wrote a long email along with all related documents and asked them to close my account immediately.Finally after one month they close my account.Bit till date they are regularly call me for taking a axis credit card and personal loan.


Worst service of this bank make me very fraustated.
