Horrible banking

It is one of the worst private sector bank, there is no doubt.  I have a priority account in Marathhalli bangalore. Recently I shifted to JP nagar Bangalore( 25 kms from marathhalli). Also my debit card  got expired. So I went to Axis bank JP nagar branch to change my address and get the debit card sent to my new address. When I met with a lady officer, she says you can do that onlyt in your home branch. Then after some argument, she agreed to forward my application to my home branch. Now after one week, I went there to enquire about the status of my address change and debit card, she says there is no change and you have to contact your home branch. She gave a phone no and any no of calls to the no went unanswered.  Next saturday I travelled all the way to marathhalli( 25kms) from JP nagar to know the status. Person there is hardly concerned and he says "sir, we have received your application, today is saturday and we can’t do it. I’ll do it on monday".I left hoping that he would change the address on monday.Shocking it is not changed after I went back after three weeks. At the same time I have also given application to change my mobile no for net banking. This is also not done after 30 days .

My money is struck in axis bank without access to netbanking or debit card. There is no concept of anywhere banking like other private sector banks, Also they say they can’t change the branck within Bangalore which means I have to travel 25 kms everytime for some small issue .What the f? They are in private sector bank and basic facilities are not provided .

I am going back again to close my account once for all.I am sure it is going to take 4-5 months. In fact I met with a customer shouting there who had given application for closure of his account on June, still not done on November.6 months.

Never open an account with this bank, especially in Bangalore.THey are shame to private sector banks,
