I want axis bank credit card so I call axis bank customer care and give my personal detail and income etc and executive told me if u r a govt employee we provide u lifetime free credit card and executive told me to go to the the nearest branch I went to mohali phase 7 axis bank branch but they told me they cant take my application unless I hv a saving bank account in axis bank.i want credit card so I open acount in axis bank then they take my credit card applicatn I give them all the papers they demand from me.but after almost 20 days when no call from axis bank regarding credit card then I today went to home branch and they told that statement provide me by state bank is not valid in axis bank.then I went to state bank and done entries in pass book and again go to axis bank then they told me that they card provide me free credit card.they are fooling people.they harrass me for more than 20 days.i sue axis bank in consumer court.
