CRAP BANK... WORST SERVICE... CHEATERS

Never trust this bank. I had a very worst experience with this bank.


They cheat their customers.


Many of my colleagues told me not to fall in the cheating hands of UTI Bank.


They gave a call one day, for credit card. I accepted (of course this is my first mistake... I accept it). Their only prey is customers. They cheat customers like anything.


Its been two years I used my credit card only once in between. Later one day, I had non choise but to use the credit card. I swiped it for 250 or so (second and final mistake that I did). That’s it. I am a prey now.


There was no communication of my bill to my home. USELESS part is, they have no online banking for Credit Card Customers. They never send bills online, no sms, no soft copy.


They charged late payment fee and when I called them, then I came to know that I am charged with Late Payment fee. After a fight, they reversed it. WORST part is they take 7 days to reverse the charges. (HSBC is far better in all these concepts). They said, I will get a sms once reversed and when asked the mobile number what they had, FUNNIEST part is, the field is blank, Took my mobile number, all fine, charges reversed, good. After 10 months, I checked the balance, thinking for cancellation of the card as its of no use. When I called them, to my shock, I was charged with late payment fee for the 10 months. CRAP.... CRAP


When enquired and fight, they reversed it in 7 working days. Good. Next month, called them again... shock to here late payment fee is charged again.


This happened for 6 months on a regular basis. FRUSTRATED, called them and banged. Came to know that there is a due of 75p (seventy five paisa), which emerged as a result of late payment fee reversal. For this, they are charging me late payment fee for the past 16 months. CRAP..... Immediately dropped the cheque for 75p in their ATM, K. R. Puram. No action, the cheque is never sent for clearing. This month, again, late payment fee. Dropped one more cheque for the same value in the same ATM. No clearing done. Dropped onemore cheque in Marathalli ATM. Still no clearing. They dont clear the cheque but charge late payment fee. When called customer care, they deny that the cheque has been dropped.


The Customer care is WASTE. If you write that on a paper and throw it in the DUSTBIN, dustbin will cry and scold you for taking AXIS BANK inside. That CRAP is AXIS BANK and their CUSTOMER CARE center.


Worst bank and its customer care center, I have ever seen.


Rude Customer Care people. They dont have sense how to talk with the customers and how to behave with them. The other day I spoke to Soumya Sawant, who is a deadly leecher. He denied to route the call to supervisor, no email ID, no employee number and no escalation process.


WORST and CRAP BANK.


Never believe these CHEATERS. Never trust them. IDIOTIC bank.


Everytmie you call them, first thing automated system says is 8 minutes, next announcement is 8 minutes, next announcement will be 3 minutes and themext again 3 minutes and it takes 14 minutes to connect to an idiot... then some crap fight with him/her and end up the call.


No proper system and no proper process. Waste of time, phone calls, bills.


Beware of this bank calls. Never become a prey to them. I am planning to take it legally now.
