I have been trying to get an issue resolved with Axis Bank customer support since Feb 28th with zero success. Axis support specializes in opening a ticket, keeping it open for 4 or 5 days and then automatically closing it without doing any work. Since I have been persistent, I have a record of 10+ tickets opened between Feb 28th and April 8th so far - and likely will continue for the next few years without progress as long as I am willing to open new tickets for the same problem. Axis also claims that they tried to call me though they actually didnt do so at all. I am continuing the interaction with Axis through more tickets - in the spirit of James Veitchs spam replies(google this if you havent seen this hilarious video). I have given up hope for a resolution and am now opening tickets just for fun, just like Veitch!
