I have applied to open current around 20 days back. Person who had taken my form, told me to open account in around 3 days.


Since than I am continuously following them everyday they are saying to provide account details by evening.


I have spoken thrice to branch manager also and he also committed the same to provide account by evening.


Since than 4 times person has come to my place for asking different papers. It seems that they are not aware what papers are required to open an account.


I have written email to them, I have complaint over phone, on social media(Facebook, Twitter) but it seems no one is there to listen.


No Management, perhaps top management is not good, that why at the time of demonetization maximum branch manager caught was from Axis bank.


I lost my(approx) 20 days just to get one account. God bless them.
