I applied for Axis bank home loan as recommended by my builder. They promised me 10.5% rate and said that loan would be approved in 7 days.
I got the approval after 20 days and that too after 40 follow ups with them. The executive was too lazy to come to collect the documents and kept on missing one thing or the other
Finally, when the approval came, they sanctioned it for 10.75% against 10.5% that they promised. They are cheaters and Fraud people and give false promises to get business from you but never fulfill any. Also, when I called their senior manager to escalate it, he behaved as if they haven’t done anything wrong.
After loan was sanctioned, they said they would disburse the loan in 2-3 days but they again took 7-8 days for it and its still not done. They have taken all the documents and money from me but have given me pathetic service. Because of their delay, I might have to face the penalty with my builder
I am stuck with them as I have given 11k to them but I would never do any business with Axis bank in future and would not recommend anybody else for the same
