Axis bank is not good for banking. My mom has a saving account in this bank. There employees do not know how to read emails. whenever we have problem regarding some issue. They have and are taking my issue to different direction despite repeatedly mentioning about the issue details.They cannot maintain the screenshot of the issues and ask for it everytime they follow up on the issue. IT department does not have any skilled employees to work with issue. No courtesy to even acknowledge emails. Its really very frustating for us from their sides.
