Am an NRE Priority Account holder with AXIS Bank. Now a days have a lot of issues with online transactions. I made online booking with IRCTC and later cancelled all three bookings. As per IRCTC they have refunded the amount on 26 Dec, 2012 on my AXIS Bank account, but till date Its not added by AXIS on my account. I had to fill out Card Holder dispute form with cancellation and refund documents, still no response.
It seems AXIS is doing us a favor, where as we are doing favor to AXIS by send in thousands of USD to our account. Now planning to shift to other Bank. Sick and tired of AXIS customer care and their work. I think Gramin Banks are much better.
