Applied for Personal Loan for an amount of 150, 000/- UTI took more than one month to process and no correspondence from either bank side or from through whom I applied - bank’s franchisee.
I had to make many calls to the francise to know the status of the application and they deceived me several time by giving very wrong information. my account was not logged in but they said it was logged in, after 10 days they logged the application. they said l;oan was not sanctioned but after few days loan was sanctioned. they said enquiry was over with one sitting after that at least four enquires were made from various people. I was great problem that I had to face. The problem is mainly with the middle people not the bank as I never interacted with the bank. I applied loan in Hyderabad.
They sanctioned one lakh rupees only and as they only sanctioned one lakh I rejected the load but inspite of my rejection they deposited the amount in the my account and collecting EMI every month. Till now they never gave me any letter or details about the sanction of the loan and emi details.
I repeatedly requested but in vain.
