I thought that this bank is one of the leading banks in private sector in India, and that is the reason why I opened an account in Axis bank.
Every thing was fine. I used it almost a year and they used to charge a bit much I thought but I didnt bothered at that time. But after my brother went abroad, he made some transactions from my account and they told that the transaction charge would be around 1500-2000 INR. But they charged 3500rs and after that they kept on deducting my money.
I went to the bank and asked for details. They hand details for just two deductions and then asked for the rest of the money. they had no record why the money was deducted and they didnt even refunded my 4000rs.
After that I just closed my account and I am very much dissatisfied with the bank whichis growing so much. I would say that dont use such kind of banks they charge too much and they dont even tell the reason.
