I opened AXIS ASAP a/c online on 14th July & as prompted for deposited using the Payment gateway of Kotak bank. The money got deducted in seconds from my KM S/B A/C, but not credited to the AXIS ASAP A/C even after 10 days & had been following up with the customer service of both the banks & both are trying to pass on the buck to each other but not crediting my money. KM bank & AXIS bank PG are the worst bank PG’s that I had come through in my entire life where I lost money & customer service is very COLD FEETED. Please do not deposit in AXIS ASAP a/c until the a/c gets active & running. THEY NEVER CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.
