I opened an account with Axis Bank current account for my business.
I have to do lot of transaction.
Parallel to that I opened one more account with other bank, which is kotak, while using online transaction Kotak is too good.
In axis bank we have wait for a long time in the Que, they have service to deposit in machines but most of the time deposit machine wont work properly, not even deposited machines are worst even though ATM machines are also worthless.
So many time I had try to withdrawal amount with ATM. But I faced problem in some time I am in urgent need so I withdrawal with other ATM and Axis has taken charges from me. Whats the hell is this? they wont give proper service if we take service with other bank ATM they will charge automatically. Now I am gonna to close my axis bank account by this weekend.
