Hi friends never trust the sales and finance team of Axis bank Whitefield branch, they will provide very bad service. Let me share my experience. Executive Krishna only forced my brother to open salary account as he is working in one of Top mnc NTT DATA. Once the salary credited to the newly opened account, later Krishna told account is locked since Axis bank is not tied up with NTT Company’s salary account, and he is telling his colleague told him to open the account without gathering the basic information. Now it is more than 20 working days but still they didn’t close the account nor they gave the money back to us. Guys please never go to these executive Mr. Sachin(Manager) and Krishna- both are irresponsible employees, especially Krishna will give stupid reasons and he will lag the days together, he will disconnect the calls as well.
