I am in 50_50 stage..

Previously I loved this bank. the mobile banking app and the customer service.


But Noe from the last 2 months, we are facing problems. the branches doesnot having instant dabit card. Phone banking officers are not taking request for new cards. To talk to the phone banking officers, average time is 8 min. isse pehle to koi phone hin pic nai karta.
