They offer a wide range of services and products that are designed to meet our requirements. I’ve a saving account, Fd and some mutual funds with Axis Bank, overall services are going very definite till today from starting. I’ve never faced any type of major problem with this bank or app, once they’ve changed my home branch without my concern, but I reported to the main branch, immediately they solve it. Bank employee’s behaviour is very polite and friendly, they always willing to help in anyway, I noticed that.
I can say that , Axis Bank is very ethical and responsible organization. Axis bank’s website and App. makes it easy for customers to bank online through mobile as well as laptop.
Bank updates many new offers like credit cards, reward points and Mutual funds, for it’s regular customers. Mobile app has very user-friendly interface and features and most of very easy to use. I feels very safe and secure with Axis Bank because they uses latest security technology to protect their customer’s accounts and data as well
The customer care executives are knowledgeable and helpful always.
