Worst costumer service and worst team

As I had opened an salary account with axis I had been ruining to draw my own salary for past 6 days every day I am going to bank to draw my payment but there is no response I had an talk with two branch managers also and the salary team who opens the account but just get reply your work would be done by evening but now its hard time should I beg like a beggar for my own payment I got to run family on salary I have to pay room rent, milk man, to schools and rest now how can I give a date to them my words prove wrong to them I had even gave an call the costumer care no 18605005555 but no response pick up the call put us on hold and then cut the call I can even provide all call voice recording even to my hr the bluffed that your work would be done in evening an can remove money by evening, now what shall I do commit subside money in my account but cant remove it+ they dosent provide any withdrawn slip just tell you can remove your money through card only.
