They have amateurs as relationship managers for Priority Banking
Their online banking is very limited. Cannot do Fund Transfer using NEFT to most cities in India
Their staff makes mistakes consistently
One of my colleague had an online fraud. First they accused him of revealing the password.
When we told them we will lodge the FIR against bank, then only they refunded 45, 000 to his account.
- Watchmen in ATMs use the space to sleep in night, it stinks, and they dont move out when you want to use the ATM.
I am stuck with them due to my company having salary accounts with them.
I get better service from HDFC Bank being a normal customer, than what UTI bank gives me as their priority customer.
