Axis Bank

I just today went to the nearest axis bank to come to know that axis bank has terrible customer service.

They give no f.k if you have no huge amount of cash in your account.

I felt SBI has better customer service than AXIS does.

By the way whenever I call their customer care service, I hear lines are busy or we have no authority to reveal what your asking for.
