I never opened a bank account in this bank but looking at all those orders and upto 15% of on some of the products on shopping websites like flipkart I was really thinking about opening a account over there and so I went there to open an account there on faridkot branch punjab.
I didn’t knew much about the procedure and I was to be honest ignorant about the bank account opening process so I went to the counter and asked to open the bank account and the person was already busy doing some cash collection and counting them .
Instead of directing me to the person where I can open the bank account he shouted at me saying that does he look like a person who opens bank account and distributing him during work and also in low tone he said something abusive words and I got offended and told him to shut up and behave properly to which he got silent looking at my furious face and so did the people and staff over there.
I explained the staff to what happened and that tried to apologize but the damage was already done. How your are supposed to even communicate with such people of such attitude .
After that to avoid any more attention I just left the place and decided never to go there, really a bad experience.
