I am having saving account with axis bank since from last 2 years. There services are awesome and there executives are also well mature and decent.
After all its a PRIVATE BANK. I think without proper and good hospitality PRIVATE banks and hotels cant survive. But still axis bank is better than other private banks because they understand there customers NEED.
Phone banking is slightly slow but Net banking is fast and easy to access. ATM availability is satisfying, within 5 km you can find there ATMs Inside city.
Customer service is good they never disturb you unnecessary and quickly solve all problems. They never hold calls.
So I recommend it to others.
