These guys have one of the worst Internet Banking services. It really sucks. Logs you off atleast 5 times before you complete what you want to do. And they have a humongous set of procedures to if you have to register for Internet/Mobile banking.
They send you the activation sms to your mobile number. But still you need to register the same number to use the mobile banking. They have a link in the website to register your mobile number but you cannot use the mobile banking after that. You call the CC and they would say you need to register the mobile number through a secured channel: through ATM or visit branch. Then you visit the ATM to register for mobile banking, it says you have already registered. Call the CC again, they would now say "Sir, you have to register from an ATM". Tell those fools you are just standing outside an ATM and it throws an error. Now he would say sir, since you have registered through the website, you need to de-register and then register again. Holy crap... then why do they have a registration option in their website. And why do they claim their website is not a secure channel. Do they accept themselves.
And I dont even want to talk about their stupid Mobile Application. Can be rated as one of the worst application that I have seen on my iPhone.
