Last week I have paid my Axis bank credit card bill twice. AS the amount was approx 45000 so I just sent a simple tweet to axis bank support team that " I have paid my credit card bill twice by mistake, and I request you to refund my excess amount"
Within 15 minutes of tweet I got a call from axis bank support team and they asked me 2 simple questions and asked me to wait for sometime they will look into the matter and solve it.
To my amaze the matter was solved in 1-2 hours and I got the refund on my bank account.
This was the best banking anyone can get from Any banks.
