AxisBank get Zero (0) on internet banking

How can a large professional bank have software live with bugs. Just can’t log in their corporate banking on my laptop. Keeps saying invalid credentials. Call centre tells to reset password every time you call them. And reset page does not work either. Wonder which SW vendor is doing the mess and how IT folks at Axis are managing technology. And shame on business guys and top management, this is going on for almost a week now!
