Privet Banking sector in India now a days Behaving like Govt and Co-Operative Banks. Paying Less attention to the Costomer complaints and Time killing approch. This is Really Not Good service and comfort for what people are Moving towerds Privet banks.
I am Using AxisBank service from last 4 yrs for my clinics account. My initial experience was very great, when Branch was newly started in Our area. But, as days passed things started changing and Great service became an average service.
No Crowed managment and queue system is applyed by Manager, employees are busy in there target achiving and worried about that only , insted of understanding and solving your problems they are more intrested in selling some FD and Credit cards.
Its almost same in all privet banks now a days. in ICICI, In HDFC. All these banks care for you when you dont have an account at them, as You open one They Just ignore you,
and not intrested till they come with somekind with Investment plan.
But I found AXIS more professional bank than ICICI and HDFC .
