Hello friends today I am going to write my 7th review on mouthshut.com. so today’s review is about Axis Bank is very popular banking service provider among the people especially for those who love to do online shopping because Amazon have a policy to give cashback to the customers who use to pay by Axis Bank streams this I have made Axis Bank very popular among the people many prefer to do online shopping from Amazon in India. Axis bank is good at providing services to the door steps but the problem arises when we enter the bank that is when we make our mind set up to invest in the bank or to have any bank account like saving account or Demat account in the bank when we approach the bank for savings account the starting or the minimum balance to have in the account is around 11000 which is really not so good because other banks provide banking and savings accounts on zero balance also guys ICICI Bank. so this is a great demerit of Axis Bank that I do not provide the facility to open any savings account at zero balance although using the bank for cash bags on Amazon is good but page 11000 just to start a savings account in the bank is not preferable by many of the people because we don’t have that much money to invest just for 10% cashback on a simple product on Amazon. except from the cash back service Bank maybe is not preferred by a lot of people because the customer service is provided by the bank or not so well preferable because the staff .I believe you from my own incident that is not so good because when I entered the bank it was for my own account to open my own savings account the conversation between me and the manager was not so friendly like it was like I was bargaining on something that the bank manager was not ready to buy the other facilities as the banking facilities mobile banking and other things are said to be at average because other banks provide much much better facilities then Axis Bank .I prefer ICICI bank over Axis bank because it is much better on account opening also and on internet banking and mobile banking criteria also and don’t forget about the customer support the customer support of the ICICI bank over Axis Bank is also good.
In my very own area in the bank do not have any ATM available for money transactions it is cause a great problem because I have to use other banks ATM and pay money over the transactions which .I prefer ICICI bank over Axis bank and that the only attractive thing like cashback is not a good option for Axis bank because it is charging heavy over just opening a savings account else is up to you .good day.
