I switched a company recently and since Axis bank was one of the corporate banks available and only its agents were available on the day I joined I took it.
For starters, Internet banking is UNAVAILABLE. You are at risk if you still use it. It has so many bugs one can’t imagine and it is a security nightmare. Never am able to complete any transaction in less that 30 mins.
Staff is incompetent. The bank doesn’t follow RBI guidelines to issue free chip and pin cards. I can go on and on. But most information is private.
Stay away if you can!
