I had a salary account with this bank almost 5 years back. When I switched my company, the salaried account was converted to saving account. Since then the behavior and service quality deteriorated. Some of my worst experience with them as follows:
I referred my wife to open a account with the bank, they never provided internet banking facility
The manager, operations executive and even customer support could not resolve the issue
After six months, I warned them to close all accounts with them if they fail to resolve the issue. To my surprise, they did not react even then
I closed all my accounts and the manager was so arrogant, not even apologized for the inconvenience to us
I also learned from my network that they cheat innocent and illiterate customers from rural areas.
I strongly recommend not to have any relationship with this bank.
