I have been deducted Rs 1000 twice however havent got any account details yet. approached the nearest branch at basavAnasultangudi, bangalore but disappointed with the bank professional. he asked me to fill some form with details, informed that account got closed & the account number he gave - "918010040654145" when submitted the form. I again was diverted to the same website to try it again, I had no options left hence I tried it but failed with Rs 1000 deducted. called to bank customer care they said that my amount will go to the Adhaar link address in 10 days & there is no zero balance ASAP account as its closed. isnt this cyber crime to deduct peoples money for something that doesnt exist. isnt this customer policy violation. isnt this under indian panel code 420. why will they use my money for 10 days? what if they say that there is no money only or what if Axis bank planning to elope with all the poor peoples saving! BEWARE PEOPLE. I wish I can translate it in hindi or kannada so that it reaches max indian crowd. shame on axis bank & its personnel sitting in the branch with poor customer service attitude.
