I have been using Axis bank account for past 2 years. This is the worst internet banking I have ever seen. The server will down almost all the time through out the round clock and ATM will be down if there is rain occurs.
And If the server is up, then the performance is very slow. The page loading time is very high and by that time session will get expire.
Only thing I liked is Unlimited usage of ATM card in any other bank’s ATM w/o service charge
ICICI banking service is very very good compared to AXIS bank.
