Firstly I would like to mention the quality of website Axis bank has to manage the tab balance is pathetic in response time as well as user interface.
Brought an Axis Fastag in Jan 2018 when purchased a car, while I could not use this tag even once so far. every time it the monitor on toll plaza displays error like’Black listed’ or card blocked etc.
No communication from axis bank regarding deficiency in KYC if any due to which the card is blocked.
Overall a Bad experience dealing with Axis Tag team
I will recommend not go with axis etc fastag as the amount you’ll recharge will only be trapped and you will not be able to make use of your money and have to keep paying cash as toll counters.
