Basically Axis Bank is cheating with customers. I'm telling my experience. I had opened the online ASAP account for Nandurbar Bank and I wanted to KYC. But according to the Axis Bank Regulations, accounts KYC is done in any of the branches. For this, I went to Dhule branch. But dhule branch employee does not complete my account KYC and did not talk to me respectfully. and finally I told them how to call a custermer care but dhule branch employee have lack of knowledge to this subject . They just said that this is an online account, so we do not pay much attention to it.Dhule branch officers said that KYC will not be done here you must go to our home branch where you open account . The question arise that axis Bank said that online account KYC done at any branch but this is not happen so from this example axis Bank cheating people another incident is when I went to Nandurbar branch . Branch staff saying me this is an online account and we do not pay much attention to it. But finally mandirat branch give me a form for KYC . And I am submit this form. It is seen that Axis bank employees do not have a dicipline in the same way as Axis Bank does not have control over their branches. Axis Bank advertises only on social media and television so that we can provide good customer service. But in reality, they only pay attention to those who open accounts by putting them at rs 10000.it is fact, it is a proof axis Bank only give attention to only rich people who made transaction daily.axis Bank cheating with people gives very poor performance and facility to online saving account opener.
