Bank Is No Better Than A Watch Dog

I’ve been having a 3 in 1 account with Axis bank since last 2 yrs( Masulkar Branch, Ac no-911010066706489 ) I had started this account for trading in currencies, but back then this facility was not available with Axis, I waited for 2 yrs to start trading with Axis Securities, but these pathetic people had to show how pathetic and low grade their customer service can really be.


I was told by an account opening agent (Praful-8087004468) of Axis that they has started with Security trading, and he will contact me when he receives the Securities form. He called me to the bank, a couple of days later, I was told to fill in a bunch of form, but when I called the bank after 15 days, I come to know that they had made me fill a wrong form, and I only need to fill a single page form, as mine is a 3 in 1 demat account.


I was annoyed that they are the one who are supposed to convey this message to me, and I shouldn’t be the one running after them, I filled the one page form, but still the Securities has not been activated, I tried to login with the details that I had received, but the Securities was site got locked the next time I tried, I contacted the toll free for Axis Securities, I was told to contact ( Rajesh Patankar--020-30547126 ), He said that he doesn’t have a slightest clue why I was told to contact him, as he is an offline agent, he told me to contact ( Ajit Gandhi-022-42274510 ). I contacted on the number and spoke with (Priyanka Mhatre).


Who kept giving me false assurance that my account was disabled as they had not completed with their onsite verification, I said why would you need a verification as all my account details are with the bank already, she said that it is the procedure and my account will be activated on priority basis and I will be given a telephonic demo of how to use the Securities site from the pune branch, that has still not happened, the whole process has been more than a month and half old, but still I’ am getting a run around.


Their pathetic low class service did not get over here as well, it also persists with Axis direct, which was a part of their 3 in 1 account, I still have not received the form Id I had requested for, I even spoke to the bank manager ( Anand Kulkarni-7875714352 ) regarding their service issue, as their agents had stopped picking my call, He did’nt even bother saying anything thing to them, even as they were present in the bank at that point of time, he simply apologized to me for their behaviour, believe it or not even after having a 3 in 1 account for last 2 YRS.


I still am not able to login in Axis direct, securities is a long dream, Guys I would really recommend please don’t go for axis, even if you do have an savings accounts with them, then use the bank as a watchdog for your money. don’t opt for any of their schemes, they are real disgusting as them, I once met a person who was given an assurance by a bank manager of axis, that if he takes an insurance for a lakh with their branch then they will consider his shop for ATM installation, that person was given a run around for more than a year.


Where he got irritated and demanded his policy to be cancelled, and his money to be returned back, he was told 90k will be refunded, he not only lost 10k but also he could have given that space for rent for any other shop purpose, that is how this bank is, when it comes to service. Keeping a big amount of money at home is risky, so use them as a dog to guard your money. This bank is real good (HAJJAM- Barber for shaving service for pensioners and retired people.) Not up to to the mark when it comes to banking.
