It took almost 3months and still counting to finish my loan process I have handover the documents on Feb-15 and till now they have not rolled out the sanction letter and we have to follow up with bank for the progress, if we are not in contact with them will not call us and update anything about the progress and documents required.
And it is the very worst experience for me when ever I call them they will ask new document being an NRI document you can think how much time it will take me to send the documents to India and cost as well.
I am Surprised, after 3 months they say that my passport photograph is not latest till this time is bank people are sleeping or what? For me being a NRI customer and also a priority customer of AXIS bank totally disappointed and worst experience I had. I would never recommend anyone and myself to do transactions with AXIS BANK. Still counting on the days to finish this worst process.
