Rupak Rathores experiences can best be forgotten. He got lured in to priority banking & this was not binding on him. He ought to have read the fine print before he accepting any offer-after all nothing is free in this world. ATM PINs are NOT mailed but has to be personally collected from the base branch for obvious reasons of security-which is the banks policy(the bank could rethink on this policy though). The bank service charges are duly notified to the customers in advance. Even in a case where service charges are levied, they are reversed by the bank at its own discretion after satisfying itself that there are genuine reasons for levying so.
I agree their phonebanking is at its nascent stage but any information provided by the branches are in line with what is advertise don the website/ information e-mailed unlike its other rivals where phonebankers info is differest from website/e-mail replies/branch personnels views.
I havent tried out their internet banking so am unable to comment.
