AXIS bank is a private bank name that has come up really nicely.
I even opened an account in the bank it was a savings account
me being 18 yrs in age was really excited and dad opened the account for me.
I deposited around 30k in the bank.
after a week I applied for an atm card as I had to do frequent online transactions and take money out sometimes!
I was really depressed by seeing that 2 weeks passed and I still have not got my atm card
after a month I have to go and collect the card from the bank!
it was a really complicated procedure to activate my card and the pin but the employees were really nice and helpful!
the complete scenario of bank and all employees were helpful and gentle(maybe because its a private bank)
the main fault is that you dont find atm of AXIS bank everywhere there are really less no of atm’s
moreover they dont provide you cashback on shopping or on purchases whereas other pvt banks like HDFC does that very often
moreover atm’s of HDFC bank are available almost everywhere thats the best thing.
I recommend if you guys are planning to apen a bank account for credit debit and atm cards
dont choose axis bank
instead go for HDFC bank it even provides you really goodd facilities like easy loans low emi etc.
