I had purchased a Netsecure Device from axis bank thinking that this will be the most secured device to do internet transactions which is true. But I never though of this “Now this device runs on a battery. What if the battery goes off and I have to make an important transaction? Will the bank be able to resolve it quickly for me? So thinking that, I called up the customer care to see if they can provide me with any solutions.

A sleepy rep picks up the phone. I felt as if Axis bank had installed the phone at his house and he just woke up realizing that he also has a job to do. Anyways I told him about my issue. He just got angry when I tried to tell him the facts. So I was trying to explain to him about what might happen. He said just go to any nearest branch and get that fixed.
First of all he was mumbling. God knows what the heck he was talking about. Anyways a common man will have that kind of a sense to do the steps told by him before he calls up the Customer Care for this kind of an issue. I told him that I have done what is being said by him.
He then said that there is no other option. What I wanted was to have a more effective solution from a Customer Care. One thing the CS people will never understand is that when a customer comes to them asking for a solution, instead of getting angry they should come forward for some solution. If you can’t hear us, then better do a job where you will not have to listen to us. Customers complain about a company and not about you.
I am really disappointed to say that Axs Bank CS sus. Train CS where they learn about phone etiquettes.
DON’T BUY THE NETSECURE DEVICE. WASTE OF MONEY. OPT FOR SOMETHING ELSE WHICH IS MORE RELIABLE.
One more good news the Axis Bank ATMs are worthless.
