I have taken Axis Bank Home Loan in May 2010.My Loan account number is PHR003700235752.
I have been paying full EMI right from day 1 and Axis Bank was doing part disbursement till August 2010.
I received my first Home Loan statement from them in January 2011. To my surprise, Axis Bank has deducted Rs.72, 400/- as pre-EMi charges which is totally wrong if I am paying full EMI on approved loan from day 1. I spoke to their sales person Mr.Pramod Kabule(Mobile Number: 9881463406) in January 2011 and he said that there is a problem in their system and he will get it rectified. I kept on following till June 2011 and then I started following with their Asst Vice President Mr. Prasanta Bora(Mobile Number: 09765491503) and till today he is also giving only false promises. I am now wondering where should I go?
Apart from frequent increase in interest rates, if Banks start to cheat customers giving reasons of system inefficiencies then I do not know what will happen. Is Ms.Shikha Sharma listening?If someone has her e-mail id please do send it to me so that I can take it to her level.I hope some responsible person at Axis Bank will read this and help me out.
