Very very poor banking system.Worse approach from customer care people to branch executive. Netbanking is another problem. Not at all a customer oriented. My Serious suggestion is dont opt for this service. I have very bad experience with this bank. Minimum 15-20 mints of time required to reach the customer care executive, even some times I cant happen also.
Customer care executives are not having sufficient amount of information. More over netbanking is not user friendly. for each and every thing you need to go to branch personally. No request can be placed thru customer care. Then cannot understand why do the have this service. I am unable to do any internet transaction. It will show that translation is failed, but it would have been credited to the merchant, coz of the wrong information I made payment twice to my credit card. They need to fine tune their service in terms all areas.
