I was one the first customers in this bank when it was opened in Salem TN. I had about 5 current a/cs and 3 savings accounts in this bank. The going was fine for the first year.Then the rot set in.Service started going down slowly day by day.For each & every thing we had to got here twice or thrice.Slowly I started to close my accounts one by one.
All my current accounts have been closed for the past 1 1/2 yrs and even today I receive notice from them that I am not maintaining the minimum balance.When brought to the branches notice they are advicing to just ignore it.LOL Well let me give one example of their shitty service. I had deposited two chqs for collection.Even after one month it was not credited though it was a local one.Enquiries at the branch said that no such cheque was deposited. Then I had taken another cheque from the customer and the matter was settled with the customer.Only then the tamasha started, these buggers sent the cheque for collection after three months to my cutomer’s bank. So from where did the cheque come from.
No answer at any level.The only result was I lost the customer who thought I had tried to cheat him. I have one more account with these buggers which I am trying to close and they are making me go in circles for that.lets see. And the fun was I had a visit from two morons after the name was changed asking me to open accounts in their bank LOL. When I explained what had happened they feigned ignorance and just quit the place.
