Though not a very famous bank, I could have a salary account in this bank for two years and the best thing about them, was that they would never knock off some money from the account, which I really admire, when compared to some other banks, which have a notion that the money in the account is their own money.
Though the phone banking is very mediocre compared to any other bank in India, but you hardly have a need to call them up, since your transaction statement is always clean.
There was very less interaction that I need with this bank, the internet banking is very good and even its appeal.
But over all since its a Honest bank, I over look any other defect that it might have.
I would recommend this bank to my friends, since it has both the advantages of a Core and a Local bank.
